1. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of customized digital work, refunds are not guaranteed once project development has started.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only if:
Work has not yet started
Technical impossibility from our side
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
Project is delivered as agreed
Delay is caused by the user
User changes requirements midway
User fails to respond or cooperate
4. Decision Authority
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of ProjectBro.
